Last week was a lot of fun we tapped and laughed. “Martha” worked on not feeling good enough, not allowed to take care of herself but compelled somehow to take care of every one else. This is becoming exhausting so we made great strides in letting it go.
“Betty” shared her story about insomnia so we did some work around that.
All in all it was a fun evening. We have been closing with a couple tapping rounds on what we are grateful for today. This feels good so we are likely to continue with this tradition.
